Amit Misra is an Indian actor, Writer, Director, Filmmaker, Television personality 
and entrepreneur based in Mumbai. 
Much before making his foray into the film industry, Amit completed his Graduation, ICWA and worked as an account tutor. From an early age he was fascinated by films and while working in the educational field, he joined a threatre group. He then simultaneously started performing in plays. Besides his stint as a theatre artist, Amit worked as a model and participated in several modelling shows. He has earlier worked as an approved artist by Delhi Doordarshan Kendra and started getting many projects by Doordarshan. He has appeared in a variety of films, commercials, music videos and many television serials by top production companies. Amit has also sung in his Music Video penned by himself. In addition to performing infront of the camera, the talented actor is also well-known for his work behind the camera as a producer, director and distributor. Along with acting and filmmaking, Amit is an Entrepreneur, he owns a couple of businesses in Mumbai such as a Real Estate Company "ATM Idea Reality Services" and a restaurant. 
The filmmaker owns a production company called "Rudraksh Production", which is running successfully since 2003 and in 2022 he launched a new company called "Filmogramme", which is  focusing on Music and OTT platform in India and worldwide. Amit continues to write, produce and direct an array of unique cinematic offerings.
